Love this place. I don’t know what magic the chef uses on the brussel sprouts and that ear of corn (omg)… but I ate all my food embarrassing fast The fish tacos and margaritas are also pure deliciousness. We’ve only had the best servers and hosts here. Atmosphere and music are great. It’s one of our top 3 places to eat in Denver.

Los Chingones RiNo in Denver’s vibrant RiNo Arts District is a must-visit gem that delivers an unforgettable Mexican dining experience! From the moment you step into this colorful, industrial-chic space, you’re enveloped in a lively atmosphere that blends modern flair with authentic Mexican vibes. The murals, exposed brick, and bustling energy make it the perfect spot for a fun night out. I’m giving this place a well-deserved 5 stars, largely due to the amazing tacos and the exceptional service from our server, Gaby. However, a slightly lackluster greeting from the front-of-house host was a minor hiccup that didn’t overshadow the overall brilliance of the visit. Let’s start with the star of the show: the tacos. They were nothing short of spectacular! Each bite was a burst of flavor, with perfectly balanced ingredients and fresh, high-quality components. Whether it was the tender carne asada, the zesty al pastor, or the creative vegetarian options, every taco was a masterpiece. The menu’s bold, innovative twists on classic Mexican dishes set Los Chingones apart, and the vibrant presentation only added to the experience. Pairing the tacos with a house margarita—crafted with just the right kick—made for a meal that left me craving more. What truly elevated this experience was our server, Gaby. She was an absolute rockstar! Her warm, genuine smile and attentive service made us feel like VIPs from the moment we sat down. Gaby’s knowledge of the menu was spot-on, and her recommendations were perfect. She checked in just enough to ensure we had everything we needed without being overbearing, and her infectious enthusiasm made the meal even more enjoyable. Gaby deserves a raise and a promotion to manager—she’s a true asset to Los Chingones and one of the main reasons I’ll be back soon! The only slight misstep came at the start. The front-of-house host with braids greeted us with a noticeably nonchalant attitude. Her demeanor felt detached, and when we asked how her day was going, her response of “I’m happy” didn’t match her flat tone or expression. It wasn’t the warm welcome you’d expect from such a vibrant spot, and it momentarily threw off the vibe. I’d encourage management to coach the host team on delivering a more enthusiastic first impression to match the restaurant’s lively spirit. Thankfully, Gaby’s stellar service and the incredible food quickly turned things around. The patio was a fantastic spot to soak in the RiNo energy, and the overall vibe of Los Chingones was electric. From the creative cocktails to the mouthwatering desserts, every detail was on point. This is the kind of place you bring friends, family, or a date for a memorable meal. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to indulge in those tacos again and, hopefully, see Gaby’s smiling face. Los Chingones RiNo, you’ve earned your 5 stars—keep shining!

Food was incredible, surprisingly cheap for the quality, and atmosphere was cool albeit loud. Total bill with tip was about $58 for 2 people: no drinks, chips + 2 salsas (not complimentary), 4 tacos à la carte + (1) 3 taco rice beans combo. The quality of food was great especially considering the price. The creativity behind the more-adventurous taco options we tried worked very well alongside with traditional Al pastor & carne asada tacos. Duck confit taco is a fun way to try duck confit if you never have before. Atmosphere is created by vibrant colors painted throughout the restaurant with a general open dining area. My one caveat I had about my entire experience came from how easily the noise level carried through the restaurant. We ate on a Sunday evening while it was slow enough to only need 2 servers; sitting across from my cousin, I had to repeat myself a couple times despite sitting in the far corner booth. It’s restaurant in a lively, fun neighborhood, it’s going to be noisy and I generally enjoy that about a good restaurant - it gives it life. I was just surprised how easily the noise carried from 5(?) other tables, give or take, that were scattered throughout the restaurant. I would chalk it up to the pleasant open-concept design of the dining area. Overall great experience for a great price, definitely worth checking out.

I've only been here during their tacos after dark menu is available but I still enjoy the food and drink selection. The roof top is a vibe and the staff has always been prompt and friendly. The nachos are really good and they have pickled jalapenos which is a nice and different touch. The music is a vibe as well

First time experience at this establishment. The customer's service was great. The chicken tacos were absolutely delicious.Had a little kick to them. My man said his shrimp and fish tacos were over the top delicious. Crispy, brussels sprouts were quite good.

I got the nopales and the Baja fish tacos. Nopales was interesting, it tastes a bit like pod beans. I loved the Baja fish taco. My friend got Duck confit taco, and she loved it too. We also got the elote, delicious too. The Mexican lager they have on draft is refreshing. The patio area has a chill vibe and can have a conversation with mild music in the background. They have tissue paper rolls instead of linen napkins, only improvement I’d love to see is having cloth napkins served along with cutlery instead would be great. Overall, decent spot, I’d come back.
